Is it possible to limit user to one selection in input table?

I used input tables on my form when I think what I probably should have used is scale rating. I'd like to keep the input tables but limit the option for the user to ONE choice per line. Is that possible?

Yes, you just need to change the "Input Type" from checkbox to "Radio Button".
