Also one user mentioned that the contacts section of the form didn't display on explorer. Could it be that some widgets cause issues?
Another colleague uses a form but has it all on one page not broken up like my forms. Could my issues be related to the fact that I have the form broken up into multiple sections?

I was able to reproduce the issue with a blank widget at http://www.bachurch.com/index.cfm?i=3470&mid=5&id=261992 when using IE 11. However, it seems to be fine when the form is accessed by a direct link.
Please try to use an iFrame embed code to see if that helps:
