How can I create a conditional form?

Hi,

How can i create a conditional form in JotForm

Eg: Radio button  - choice is DD or NEFT

if they choose they should just get the fields for only DD.

if they choose they should just get the fields for NEFT only.

Please suggest.

You can set up your form to show multiple fields base on the user's answer.
