Regarding crashing issue and how it can be overcome

Could you please support us in the following.

when we are using JotForm and uploading  a lot of photos, 10% of the times it is crashing and we need to start filling the form again

I assume that you are referring to this form: (https://www.jotform.com/62494423843359). I cloned it and test to upload photos but didn't encounter any issues.

Is your form embedded to a website? If yes, could you please share with us the link so that we can further check?

Please note that there are some limits when using the Upload field on forms:

JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file (use 1048576 value in KB to set the 1GB limit)

JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per submission

NOTE: The multiple file upload does not support larger files (more than 100MB) yet. It would sometimes fail due to the resources it would take for the file to be uploaded. The single file upload on the other hand supports larger files.
