My encrypted form isn't sending

    Hi, I've created a form using with Encrypt Form Data enabled but having clicked Submit it's hanging on Please Wait and not sending the email.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate mentioned issue. However I was not able to replicate the issue on my cloned form. 

    Please try disabling the encryption and enable it back on the settings page of your form. 

    If you already created a key, select I will use my existing key option. 

    Or you can clone your form and test a cloned form.
