Add Forms

Hi,

I've been asked by a vendor to upload completed documents (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint) to Jot Form but I'm not able to figure out how. Can you help?

Considering that your account was created two days ago and that you have only a blank form on your account, I assume that someone asked you to fill the form and upload some completed documents. 

Did they provide you a link of a form? If so, you should fill and submit that form.

If I did not understand your issue correctly, please explain in more details what exactly are you trying to achieve. 

They provided a link but it just took me to Jot Form to create an account.
I've contacted them to see what I could be missing...

If you wouldn't mind forwarding the link you were sent, we may be able to find the correct form.  You may also want to follow up with the person who requested you to upload the documents to see if they sent the correct form URL.

Inside of the message you provide there is only the link of the Range Me website - https://www.rangeme.com/ and there is not any JotForm form there?

In one of your previous reply's, you mentioned that they provided a link but it just took you to JotForm to create an account. Please provide us that link. 

I assume that they provided you a link from our Form Builder and that you were redirected to our website because of that. 

Does the link that was provided to your has the word build? 

Example: https://www.jotform.com/build/72744362979976 

This link will redirect you to My Forms page. 

If, so change word build to form. 

https://www.jotform.com/form/72744362979976
