Why my account is suspended? Please Help.

    I am unable to log into my account and I'm not receiving any emails from jotform either, please help

    Your account with the email address: justen@euroshine.com has been suspended due to a phishing issue with one of your forms. It seems like one of your forms is asking Credit card details of the customers which is against our terms of use.

    If you want, we can remove those sensitive fields and reactivate your account.
