I chose this option but the PDFs in Dropbox show a jumbled mess of letters so essentially, the only way I can view these submissions is in JotForm, making the ability to have them sent to Dropbox useless as they are unreadable. Any guidance?

I have tested a form and integrated with DropBox to make sure the integration is working fine. As I submit the form, I see that the PDF in the DropBox is displaying normally as we download from the submissions view. Could you let us know if you have modified the PDF report by editing it? Please provide us with the form ID that you are experiencing the issue so that we can test it from our end and see if we can replicate it to provide you with further assistance?
