How to include Text fields to submission PDF output

Good afternoon,

I have a question and I wanted to check if it is possible ..

When I will see the answers of my completed form, it does not present the texts that it includes .. What happens is that in the end I want it to generate a PDF and this file does not print the texts that it includes.

Example, I have a text at the end of the form: ASSINATURA GERENCIA ...

In this case, what I wanted is that if possible, in the PDF file after filling in .. Come with the texts that it includes. And not only with the answers.
