Files uploaded to the form are no longer accessible.

    People are able to upload files to the form but when we go to open the file it brings up to a jotform page that says 404 not found or whoops. This has been happening for a while.

    Please advise.

    I have checked your account and see that there are no forms in your account. If you are a sub-account user and trying to access the form from the parent account, it may not be possible to download the files uploaded when the option 'Required log-in to view' is enabled in your JotForm account. In this case, you may ask the user who shared the form to disable it.
