Hello after my form have been submitted i am not getting the auto response and it is not sending to the email in the form

There is only an Autoresponder setup in your form, which is meant to be sent to the person who submits the form.
However, you have assigned a drop down field called "Registration Type" as the recipient, instead of the "E-mail" field, which is where the user inputs his email address. I have changed that for you already:
