I am now having to check for the bounce list 4-5 times daily because I keep getting bounced. I have been in charge of this company for more than 20 years, and I have never experienced anything like this. It makes it virtually impossible to know if I am getting all the sports registrations because I keep getting bounced. Please help me understand how to fix this.

It could be that one of the notifications landed in your spam folder, please check it, and if you find any JotForm notification there, mark it as NOT SPAM. In addition to this, please whitelist our domain names and sending IP addresses within your email service provider: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotMails-IP-Addresses
