Why am I unable to upgrade my account?

    I am currently using Free Version.

    Tried upgrading to Bronze.

    Chose Card payment method etc clicked on 'Continue and received the following message:

    Upgrading to JotForm Bronze Plan

     Your card was declined.
    To update your billing details please click the button below

    I did not get a chance to enter card details, yet I automatically received the decline message.

    I would recommend you to follow this guide and make sure you're selecting credit card as payment method: https://www.jotform.com/help/331-How-to-Upgrade-My-Account
