How to embed the form on my website

Hello I am trying to use your forms to integrate them on my current website. Can I do that or do you work alone and people would have to come to your website to fill out forms for my business?

I have my website attached below so you can see where I am trying to insert the forms. I ideally want a "schedule today" form as well as a tab where I can have downloadable client forms. Thank you!

You can publish the form on your website. Please refer to the user guide: Adding a Form to a Web Page
