Star rating field: Increase Size Image on Rating Tool without loss of quality

Hi, the previous solution I was given for this issue is just not viable on modern mobile devices with their resolution. 

I am using css transform as suggested by a forum moderator but it just blows up the image, which has to be 16px tall in order to show up at all. 

Please help with a better solution. Take a look on an ipad portrait please and you will see what I mean. If you start the survey on the link below you will see the rating images a few steps in. 

I tested your form in my iPhone and on iPad, but I wasn't able to replicate any issue with a star rating. On iPad is showing like this:

Hi. Thanks for responding. I have inserted a screenshot from my end (we made custom star images based on the jotform ones). These are scaled to 2.75 times the original size (16px) tall - as you can see they are super grainy (as are your yellow ones above). But I cannot increase the size of the star image, it only shows right if its 16px tall, whether its been scaled larger or not

Basically we need better quality bigger images to be able to show here. The original size is too small for most people to view and enlarging only makes them lose quality 

I can find many support forums of people asking for this improvement in 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 ... I think you can accomodate by now

Unfortunately, aside from what you did already, it is not possible to increase the size of the star rating.

I will, though, forward this to our backend team for a possible implementation of new size(s) for star rating option.

This particular point is becoming a caveat with the form service, we are using this one inside an app thats used to survey patients within the office, they are all older and have to have large print and graphics. As much as I dont want to do this somewhere else besides jotform, the appearance of the rating graphics might be the reason i have to :(

This is also a responsiveness issue, because phones and tablets use a higher resolution than non-retina laptops and desktops. I do not consider the ratings feature responsive right now.

Allrighty figured out a solution - created an SVG file for the rating image along with using transform: scale the same as above - and this works in our case since we are using a vector-style graphic for the rating image :)

I'm glad you have a working solution. This thread, however, will remain open so the similar solution can be implemented in the builder.
