Hello, i upgraded my account, because we got a new credit card, so when you went to charge us it came back declinded.
I upgraded the account yesterday, I got confirmation emails, and it was debited from my account. But I just got an email today saying that my account has be disabled.
Can you please confirm that my account is NOT disabled?

I went ahead and corrected it so your account should be good to go.
