Create PDF link gives error message Whoops

I require my students to submit their completed Jotform in Blackboard but the majority of the time when they click the link to create the PDF, they are taken to a page that says Whoops.  This is happening regularly and making much more work than necessary for me as I have to log in and download each pdf and email it to them.  I need this feature because other faculty are teaching with me in my course who need access to their student's completed form.

I didn't have this issue last semester.

    Please advise,

If I understood correctly, the notification recipients cannot create the PDF of the submitted forms since the create PDF link fails.

I checked your form with the ID 72416759284163 and could not see a PDF link added to the Email Content under Notification Setting. Please go to your form's SETTING page, edit Notification 1 under the EMAILS, click on the Emails tab and choose PDF link under Form Fields as shown in the screenshot below:

Instead of this, you can also add a PDF attachment to the notification email. Click on the Advanced tab, scroll down and Turn PDF Attachment on.

Please try and if none of these helps provide the form ID you have problems with so we can investigate further.

    Hi,
I made all the changes you suggested but my students are still getting the “Whoops” error and therefore not able to download the pdf. It doesn’t happen to all students but a good handful. It makes the process time consuming on my part because I have to email them the pdf. I have 27 students and they have to submit 5 reports each = 135 reports.
Any reason this is happening? It happened to me a couple times but for the most part I don’t have an issue.

May we get the form you're working on?

I have just checked the current forms on your account and found an auto-responder on this one http://www.jotform.us/form/72416759284163. But it does not seem to be set up properly since a drop down field is selected as recipient.

Please share us the form you're working on, we will be glad to test and further check it.
