Links not working and Submission Button Hanging Up

    Good Morning,

I have an issue with our form on http://www.ussailing.org/education/calendar/host-a-course/ which is Host a Course in the Education folder of my forms.

The links on the form are not opening for one of my customers. Also the submission button gets hung up. This person has attempted this on IE, Firefox and Chrome with no success. I however have been able to open links as well as submit in all 3 of those browsers. Do you have any insight on what may be causing this issue for not allowing a submission and links to open? She also said someone else was having the same issue externally from our office.

I can also view the form here. There's no problem with it.

Since the user was unable to submit it on the 3 browsers, it is most likely that the network the user is connected is blocking some domains or resources that is part of the form. Or their firewall or security software is just too strict when it comes to submitting forms.

Please ask the user to use a different network or ISP if possible or advice to seek an assistance from their IT personnel.

    Thanks

Hi – This person is actually on the same network, etc as me. We are all in the same office. Could it be a browser issue?

You may have mis understood my question. I’m not asking if you can view it but when you go throughout the form there are embedded links that the person I work with is having issues opening. The submission piece was the other issue it just would spin and get hung up.

    Sorry about that.

I have tested your form again and this time I clicked all the links that is in your form and they also worked for me. The form submits as well.

    Here are my tests.

I don't think it's a browser issue since you mentioned they didn't work on the 3 browsers. It could probably be a security software installed on the user's device.

Also, some of your links are not actual URLs, they are mailto links which would open an email app when clicked. If these are the links that does not work on the user's browsers, it could be that there's no default email app configured on the user's device. Kindly review this as well.

    Thanks
