need a consolidated report of all registrations for all my centers - how do I ? 

Are you planning to combine the submissions from multiple forms?

If yes, then I suggest you use the Combine Submissions app. This app allows you to merge submissions from multiple forms into one CSV file. Please check this link: http://combine.jotform.io/.
