Do pro features get extended to my users?

The answer is kind of.

The sub user cannot create forms in their own account unless they had an account previously ( before being a sub user ). And they will have the limitations of whichever plan they are on.

Your pro features are only applied to your account and all of your forms that you share. So if the sub user is working on a shard form, he will inherit your pro account features for the shared forms only.
