    We are thinking of signing up, but we want to know first if there is a contract or what is your cancellation policy?

    If for any reason you decided to cancel your account within 30 days of your payment, we’ll issue a full refund. To do so, just email the JotForm Support Team at support@jotform.com or contact us here in the Support Forum. For more information, you can visit our Terms of use.
