Choose Indonesian Rupiah as currency and change the currency format

Asked by eiermann on September 04, 2012 at 01:02 PM

    Hi there!

I would like to use IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) as currency. Unfortunately it is not available and I can't add it.

Isn't it possible that the user can define a 3 letter name for the currency, for example IDR? Then the problem would be solved ;-)

Also it would be great to add a dot for 1.000,00 since it looks nicer ;-)

    Chris,

A purchase order module can use Indonesian Rupiah as its currency.

    To set this up:

    1.  Select your payment module
    2.  Click the Wizard icon found at the upper right hand side of the payment section

    3.  Choose your preferred currency
    4.  Click Next until the wizard is finished

Also it would be great to add a dot for 1.000,00 since it looks nicer ;-)

Unfortunately, we do not yet have that option, but it was already added to our users' wishlist.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply! Seems like I overlooked Indonesian Rupiah since it was not in alphabetical order like the others :) Thanks for the hint!

@sserdarb Since this is an old thread (from 2012) and is related to a different currency I have moved your post to a new thread here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/594176 where we will be answering it shortly.
