I accidentally deleted one our forms - can it be restored to our library?

When you delete forms, they will be moved into your trash folder. Forms in the trash folder can be restored. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/134-How-to-Restore-Deleted-Forms

Unfortunately, purged forms can't be restored anymore.
