Importing a Form

I have not been able to import forms when I try the instructions. Here is one I tried:

I get the error message - Form not found: Form Id is missing or irregular

Here is another one I tried:

I got the error - Unauthorized request. You do not have access to this form

Custom URL's will not work when cloning.  Here is the actual URL for the first form:

http://www.jotform.us/form/41636472658160

The second form the user has chosen not to allow for their forms to be cloned so that form you will not be able to clone.
