Why I can not restore the deleted form?

We accidentally deleted one of the vital forms -  Health Hygiene Prescription - and we can't restore it. Could you please restore this one for us as we really need it.

I'm afraid that it is not possible to restore the deleted form since you're on Free plan and you were grandfathered to keep the existing forms even it is allowed to have 5 forms for Free accounts.

Therefore if you disable/delete the form, it is not possible to restore it.

The only way to restore that form is to disable/remove forms until you're below the 5 forms (again, you will not be able to restore/enable them if you're over the limit).

Another way is to upgrade your plan.

A staff member deleted this form by accident because she wasn't trained properly. This was mistakenly deleted and it's a form we need along with all other forms, which we have been grandfathered to keep. We love your service and recommend to many and will surely need paid service at some point but have not budgeted for this yet.

We had this accidentally happen once before and a service person was able to get it back for us. Please help us out here as we know it's possible!

Unfortunately this is not possible on a FREE account specially if you are over the limit in maximum number of forms.

I did ask this to my other colleague and they said that it is not possible.
