How can I use the zip file I created from a form, to make a new form

I was previously in my form, under the publish section, I clicked to create a ZIP file with the source code.  I want to know how I can use this ZIP file or the files within it to create a new form or revert an existing form to the version contained in the ZIP file.

I'm afraid that you can not import the downloaded data back. So you can not create a new form from the downloaded data in the Form Builder.

You could use our Revision history to revert your form to some older version.
