I have just signed up for another JotForm account for a client, which I shall be upgrading to a paid account in a few days.
I think the format of the new account is far superior to the other accounts I hold. How can I activate the latest version on my other accounts. They all say I am using v4, but they are not the same as the new one I just signed up to, which is far superior and slick!

You must be referring to the new Form Layout. Can you tell us what is the username of your new account so we can check and confirm what format it was you were referring to.
