Hello, I have been getting complaints from people that are using the jotform submission file I created that they are not receiving the emails back with their entries.
I've asked them to check their junk mail files, but they do not have anything. Some people have been saying they received emails for the first two weeks, but now not for the last two.
I just tested the form and I did receive one upon completion.
Is there anything I can add to my file to correct this?
Edit: I use the same form each week, just a new copy of it, other than that, nothing has changed from week to week.

I did a test submission to the page URL (http://www.ampnationpod.com/lineups) you have provided and I have received the autoresponder properly.
I also checked your email history logs and I did not find any email on our bounce list. To check your account email history logs, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/293-How-to-View-All-Your-Form-Email-History
Please provide the email address that is not receiving the autoresponder email so we can check it further.
