my storage was downgraded and so I lost my submission, please help me to get back my submission. thank you

You can use the Extract Data tool to download a backup copy of all your JotForm data.

Also, as of this checking your FREE subscription account with username ppgdatinfo had already exceeded the allowed upload storage space. This was the reason why your account can no longer accept submissions.
I recommend you also upgrade to the paid plans to avoid interruption on the service by getting expanded account limits.

I am sorry I was not able to properly understand your question. Please provide clearer details and we will check again.
I reviewed your account/username ppgdatinfo and forms, and I see that submission data are available. You can review the submissions in the View Submission panel of the form.

at first my account registered on bronze plan, and I have many submission. and now my account downgraded and I lost my submission which registered at bronze plan.
and the next problem is when I check on https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data the last backup not all in. just a few submission. please help me

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. I was able to understand the issue now.
I have refreshed your account total submission counter and it restored the archived data. All submission data should be visible now.
Please check again. Let us know if still not resolve.
