Problem Selecting/Deselecting Images Checkboxes Widget

Hello,

Ive one more issue using the Images Checkboxes Widget. (Set allowing just one option)

Its about the clicking process, when you use a radio buttons question in Jotform, as form user, when you select another option the one you previously selected is unselected.

The Images Checkboxes widget use radio buttons, but when youve selected a question, if you want to change you cannot just click on other option. You have to click your awnser to un-select it before chosing another.

This process is not user-friendly, there is a way to fix it ?

And go to the next page (jumping directly to the 5 page cause images dont loads, i dont know why - but it dont occur launching the form normaly)

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience, however, checkboxes really behave that way by default — it is required to deselect an option to unselect it regardless of the maximum selection allowed. This behavior is the same with our regular checkbox field.

Since I believe what you are looking for is a functionality of a radio button, may I suggest you use our Image Radio Buttons widget instead?
