I hope to setup an Enterprise Account for booking system but I have a few questions

    Hi There

I was recommended to your website by a friend.

I love the booking system you offer.

However, I have a few concerns and hope you can help:

I am running an educational franchise institute Australia wide. I hope to setup an enterprise account for the booking system, which will allow me as the franchisor to access my sub-franchisees' data and information but they will have separate accounts under me. If they are all in the same account, does that mean they can not setup different bank accounts per location usually?

Ideally, I want to be able to access their data though. Pulling sales reports by class type, enrollments, email lists, etc. are all things that as the franchisor I want to be able to access.

Also, ideally if the system has email marketing integrated that would be great too.

Please let me know if the above options are available in your system.

I look forward to hearing from you shortly.

    Best Regards

    Dandan

If you are referring to our payment integration, they should be able to use different payment accounts. However, I'm not sure of the bank account that you've mentioned. We do not have an integration that directly sends the payments to a bank account. It is always through Payment Gateways, i.e. Paypal.

If they are all under your account, you should be able to access their data. But I'm assuming you mean the sub-user accounts, correct?

As for the reports, you can find a few of our reporting methods here: https://www.jotform.com/help/chapter-6-Reports.

We have a few email marketing integration in the form builder. We have MailChimp, Aweber, GetResponse, etc.

Let us know if you have any further questions.

Thanks for your reply, are the sub-accounts able to add on their only bank
details, classes types, their locations and run day to day tasks
separately, the customers pay to their bank directly, I only need to
oversee their sales reports and be able to pull database from them.
I think it should be enterprise account for myself, and the sub franchisees
accounts shall be separate accounts, but I have the power oversee their
    account.
Let me know does your company support enterprise accounts!
    Have a great day!

For us to be able to fully understand the requirements that you are looking for, I think it would be great if you can share with us the requirements and processes that you would like to do and use. This way, we can will be able to know matters which are in relation to your questions.

At the moment I'm not sure I understand your inquiry about bank details and sub-accounts. But to give some explanation on accounts, users can create forms, and use purchase order payment field so one can do purchase orders and pay later via bank. We do not currently have payment services directly to banks. And as Welvin mentioned, we have payment gateways such as Paypal, Authorize.net, Stripe, Braintree, etc. which you can use.

Basically, the purpose of sub-accounts are to be able to have access to a main account by the grant given of the owner of the main account. However, this does not mean that the main account will have access to sub-accounts. But for any activities on the submissions under the main account, of course, the owner will be able to oversee them.

If I am misunderstanding your inquiry, please let us know.

    Thanks.
