We are all of a sudden getting notifications, that we are getting close to our limit of 1000 submissions (1496 submitted out of a 1000?) ... We've hardly had a 100 submissions.
Please, have a look at what is going on... earlier today, one of our forms stopped submitting and we were told to clone it. What is going on with our account?

The problem is caused by a known bug which we are currently trying to fix.
It may take up to a day before it is ultimately rectified, but to make sure your forms experience no downtime, I have reset your account's submission counter.
Please accept our apologies for any inconveniences caused by this issue.
