I just received an email indicating that my free account is over the 100 per month quota, but trying to figure out how you came to that:
1. if since 9/1, then it's only be 4 or 5
2. if since 8/4 (one month ago) it's only been 50 or so.
in any case, it's no where near 100.
we received a notice like this once before, and i took your word for it, and we paid $9.95 per month for well over a year, even though we only hit that 100 limit once during that time. then i thought to ask about it, and we were converted back to a free account.
Can you indicate when the month starts, and provide some accounting that there have really been 100 emails during that time, because based on the number we've received, it's not even close.

Please accept my sincere apologies for the inconveniences caused by this issue . We are ver aware of them and it will take up to a day to get fixed .
I have already reset the counter and reactivated your account, so you don't need to upgrade if you don't need it.
