We tested our registration form and the user said that he had to set up his own jotform profile in order to complete it. Is there any way to have the registration forms "open for everyone" so they won't have to set up a profile? Please advise.

Yes, this is possible. There are multiple ways to share your form. If you have a website, you can embed your form in it. Visit this user guide to learn which codes you need to use to embed your form - https://www.jotform.com/help/67-So-Which-Form-Embed-Code-Should-I-Use
You may also share your form by giving away its URL. You can get your form's URL by clicking the Preview button while on edit mode.

It is absolutely not necessary to sign up with us to submit the form. If there are any problems with your form, we can check it further. You may want to provide us with the exact URL to proceed with the further investigation.
