Form linked to Dropbox, however Dropbox does not receive the submission

    My form is actually linked to Dropbox, meaning once there is a submission received, the file will be downloaded to my Dropbox account. However, I am facing some error now, which is that only partial file is downloaded into my Dropbox account instead of all the file. Is this error due to not having sufficient space in my Jotform account? Please advise.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience you have.

    We had an issue with DropBox integration recently. However, our software development team has already solved it. Please check if the DropBox integration still established in your form, first. 

    I have tested and seen that it is working well currently. However, you might need to re-integrate again. 

    Could you please test again on your side and please let us know if the issue still persists?
