Why are my previous records missing?

my credit card was missing , thats why make it late payment.

but after i renew tat plan, my previous data was missing, can help track back, i hvnt save those file, is very important to me.

When your account was downgraded to the Free plan your oldest submissions were removed because The Total Submission limit for the Free accounts is 500 submissions. 

I restored the submission that were removed from your account. You now have 941 submissions on your account.
