After submitting the form, nothing happens except the button says "Please wait...". Help Please.

    Re- Chutney Jacks Table Reservation Form


    Hi guys


    Clicking on the submit button gives me a constant 'Please Wait...' 

    Any idea what the problem is?

    I saw you used an Iframe code which is not supplied by Jotform.

    Please go to Publish->Embed-> IFRAME

    Use the code supplied by Jotform into your website and check again.
