I just added 1 option on my dropdown and now it's not working.

The form you provided has three dropdown fields. I tested your form and they are working properly on my end.
Are they still not working on your end? Are you unable to select a dropdown option or your live form or do you have an issue inside of the Form Builder? Please provide us more details about your issue. Also please tell us which device and browser are you using.
