The form doesn't work on safari

    Hi, 

    I've got a problem with safari browser (I checked on 8.0.2 version). One of the field in the form that is required can not be filled "Rok urodzenia dziecka" - it is a text field and you just can not write there anything. What can I do with that to make it work? It works on other browser.

    I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you. 

    I did test your form in safari browser and I am unable to replicate the issue you are having. I was able to type in field "Rok urodzenia dziecka" without any problem. Please check the screenshot below:

    I would suggest you to please test your form again and get back to us if the issue persists. Please let us know your OS version and Safari browser version and we will try to replicate it.
