It is possible to prepopulate the fields of a form by using Prepopulate app. Please refer to the guide below that can help you with prepopulating fields with URL parameters.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/71-Prepopulating-Fields-to-Your-JotForm-via-URL-Parameters

If you have the user's data filled in an Excel spreadsheet you may consider using Spreadsheet to Form widget. The data can be filled by entering any unique value of the user from the spreadsheet. The following guide can help you with this.

    https://www.jotform.com/help/442-How-to-Use-the-Spreadsheet-to-Form-Widget

I would also like it so that when the Zoho record is created/updated it uploads a copy of the Form, will this do this?

You may integrate your JotForm with Zoho CRM by following the guide below:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/409-How-to-Integrate-JotForm-with-Zoho-CRM

In order to update the existing records in your Zoho CRM, you may consider selecting 'Update existing record' option in 'Duplicate Record Check' in the integration wizard.
