Hello,
Is it possible to create an order form with Jotform and send the order data to Infusionsoft? Not just contact info?
Or better yet use Infusionsoft as the Mercant account?

You can find available payment integrations inside of this guide:
Mastering Payment Form Integrations with JotForm
This guide can help you to create an order form:
Setting Up Your First Order Form
It is possible to integrate a form with Infusionsoft.
The payment details are processor by the payment processor that you added to your form, not JotForm, so it is not possible to pass it to Infusionsoft.

The Infusionsoft integration app to transfers form submissions into Infusionsoft contacts. The integration to Infusionsoft is basically a CRM that can be used to collect contacts. If you need to process your orders through Infusionsoft, I found a third party site where can integrate JotForm to Infusionsoft and add it as an order. You can check this site: https://automate.io/integration/infusionsoft/jotform.
