How to change the Paypal integration to the Purchase order integration?

I have a form which i used from a template that uses the paypal integration. I want to change it to a purchase order integration

Simply remove the Paypal payment field from the form and add Purchase Order payment. The products that you previously set will be saved and automatically added to the Purchase Order payment field.
