Why my account has been suspended?

    When I try to login or reset my password I am told my account has been suspended.  This has been going on since last week and it is greatly hurting my business.

     

    Please advise.

    I checked your account and found that you have a form named Credit Card Payment Form through which you are taking user's credit card information, which is against our terms of use.

    If you want your account to be reactivated, you have to allow us to remove that form.
