Submission Page: Search Box doesn't work correctly, loading of submissions stuck

    When I am using the search facility, editing a form and submitting the changes it is then clearing the search items found and I am having to research to PDF and save the document?

    Its been doing this since last week.

    Please see attached photos showing me searching IR700, the search facility is bring me up forms however when I edit the form selected and submit the changes the search facility goes blank (see attached image) and I need to search again.

    The forms have never done this before, I understand that if I take IR700 out of the edited form it will no longer find it however I am not removing IR700 and there are also a lot more forms with this text.

    Thank you for the additional information. 

    I tested this issue on my end but I wasn't able to replicate this issue. I did the steps you mentioned but the submissions having the value searched were showing. 

    Is it ok that we do a test submission in your form and do the edit so we can try to replicate this problem?

    Yes you can do a test submission to see if that helps.


    Can I also ask is it possible to view photos in a smaller format?  See attached image of what I mean.

    I have checked and cloned your form named "Clyde Valley Lifts LTD (Site Visit)" on my side in order to test it. I have left 2 submissions and edited them as you have described the scenario. When you have edited the submission, the current submission cannot involve the search results anymore if it doesn't fit the search results. However, if submissions fit the search results, after editing a submission, the page has to refresh and it should show the results according to the text in the search bar. 

    After, I have tested this case on your end with my test submission. I was able to replicate the issue as you have mentioned. I have seen that as you have lots of submissions, the process of loading submissions according to the search bar text has stuck firstly and then showed "No results to display". 

    As a solution, I have clicked twice to the text in the search box and then the page has loaded submissions again as you can see the screenshots below:

    If the page stuck in the loading progress after editing a submission, you can click twice again to the text in the search box in order to trigger the search again. This could be the solution.

    The page does refresh and it always has done however in the last week it is refreshing and bringing up nothing in the search facility although my search meets the submission criteria along with other forms and it is not showing these either?

    This is very frustrating as it hasn't always been the case and if I my search criteria is for 10 pages I need to then look for my edited submission again within these pages.  I will attach photos of a better demonstration.

    I have understood your concern and tested this case on your side again as you can see in the following screencast below:

    I have seen that this is an issue and I have forwarded this issue to our software development team in order to fix it.
