How to dynamically update a drop down list based on another field's answer?

I would like to use conditional logic to take the field value from one question, and input it automatically into a drop down menu.

    For example on my form:

Vehicle Manufacturer #1 and Vehicle Manufacturer #2 are filled in

I would like the text that is filled into these spaces to then be put into a drop down menu that I can access. Is this possible?

You can use the "User Contributed Dropdown widget" to dynamically populate a dropdown.

    Here's a demo:

I would like if a field from a “short answer question” is populated into a drop down menu. Is that something that is possible?

I would like to apologize for any inconvenience. Although there is a way to select an option from a drop-down field based on another field's answer using conditions, we do not have a feature that updates the option itself in a drop-down field conditionally.

Like what my colleague, Aubreybourke, have suggested, we only have the User Contributed Dropdown widget where respondents can contribute options in a drop-down and that option will already be available for the other respondents to select.
