    Hi,

I now getting emails from judges who want to go and enter the "Post-Approval Date -" When they try and submit it shows the error above even though Past dates are allowed.

What is the status of this problem and or is there a possible work around? If I turn off required would this help for now?

    Best regards and Thank you,

    Robert

I have reviewed your form and it seems like the date field is still not allowed to select past dates, please change this under the field settings, advanced tab and selecting "No" on the option "Disable Past Dates":

    I hope this helps.

    Hi,

I was not aware of this because I had set under limits Past and Future accepted so i assumed that I was good to go. I have changed the setting as shown.

It also resolves the problem on the other thread at the same time.

Why is it in two places that you have to do this? It's not there for future dates?

    Best regards and Thank you,

    Robert

There is only one option to disable past dates and that's the one that shows the error you were getting before.

The limits on dates work like this:

    1. Past & Future under the limits tab: This option will disable the selection, which means that when your users open the calendar they will be able to select the dates based on the options checked.

If "Past" is un-checked then your users will not be able to select a past date.

If "Future" is un-checked then your users will not be able to select a date in the future.

If both options "Past" and "Future" are selected, then your users will be able to select any date.

    2. The "Disable Past Dates" option under the advanced tab: This option will not disable past dates directly on the calendar (they will not appear grayed out), but an alert will be triggered if the user selects a date in the past if such option is "Yes".

    Example:

So if such option is set to "No" your users should be able to select a date in the past and submit the form without any problem.

    I hope this helps.
