Payment Form&New Form Layout: total price from the selected products, not being calculated correctly.

    When I use the form I can only order one item? Once I click the next item the first item is removed from the order....this does not allow me to build an order.

    Any updates on a fix?  I can't use the form if it's not working correctly....we want to take it live on Monday.

    Unfortunately, we have not received any update so far. 

    However, I have just tested your form and I can see the price is updating: 

    Ma you please test your form and let us know if you're seeing the same? 

    May be that there was an update that fixed the issue, I also cleared your forms cache and would recommend you to use incognito mode, this way you avoid to see a cached version of your form. 

    I will also ask for updates to the assigned developer, we will let you know via this thread as soon as we get some news for this.

    It's still not working for me....I'm not sure why but its not working.  

    Can you please advise...I really need to get this rolled out on Monday.  thanks

    As far as I check the bug, it seems to be resolved by our developer. 

    Besides, your form named "Piedmont Spirit Wear Order Form" seems to be deleted. Still, I have cloned it in order to test it on my side. I have seen that you have a purchase order on your form in order to sell t-shorts. 

    As far as I test many scenarios in the form, the payment total seems to be calculated correctly as you can see the example screenshot below:

    Everything is working as expected. Please test again and tell us if you see any issue.

    It's still not working on my side?  If I click on a second item it removes the first item. 

    Can you share the form that you cloned or that you are using?  I've tried everything and I've spent a fair amount of time creating the form and do not want to give up on JotForm but I may have to move to 123contactform if I can't get it to work.

    Please find the following form that I have cloned from your account and seen that working well: 

    Besides, I have cloned your form named "New Piedmont Spirit Wear" on my side in order to test it. I have seen that you have disabled "Users can select multiple products" option in the payment gateway while creating it. This is the reason why .."you click on a second item it removes the first item", as you said. This is not an error, this is a preference. Please change that preference as you can see the steps below:

    1. Open payment settings and click on the gear icon.

    2. Enable "Users Can Select Multiple Products" option as seen below:
