I can see the question I added our AAL Cat application Form on JotForm but when people fill in the form it is missing on the email.
We can see their response.

It is possible that the label did not update in the email message. You can manually edit the email content using the Email Editor.
You may also delete the current notification and create a new one. If you create a new one, all form fields will be generated automatically. You can refer to the guides below:
