I cant send my form via the email link, my counters are fine and do not reach any kind of limits yet... Not even close to.
but every time I try and send my form via the email link it says 'Oops you have reached your limit' and I cant send
Can you fix this ASAP please its been 24 hours now since I have been able to send anything via email address, I have tried EVERY hour.

You can only send up to 20 emails per hour. That's the reason why you're getting the "Oops you have reached your limit" message.
You can try sending the form link using your email client. Please check this guide on how to find the form URL: https://www.jotform.com/help/401-Where-to-Find-My-Form-URL

As I have checked detailed on the emails in ISO 8601 - YMD format, you have sent 20 emails starting from 1 Oct 2017 - 19:55:56 to 2 Oct 2017 - 20:09:59. This is the reason why you have reached your limits.
Please wait 24 hours in order to send new emails. You can send new emails today 3 Oct 2017 after 20:09:59.
