I am sorry but I was not able to fully understand the question. Do you want a code that will scroll up and down within the page? 

Is your form embedded to a website? If yes, please provide the website URL.

I found some HTML codes on google for internal scrolling
The light box form doesn't look so great on the mobil version of the site so I think I'll embed that in bottom of the page
I'll let you know if I still have trouble
